 Mindfulness – how we speak our words and how they are perceived by others. Everything we say is important. You are not in control of how other people respond to our words. Being mindful of how you choose your words to get your point of view across. Be mindful in all aspects of the intent and meaning behind the thought, word and deed. Doing this in a kind way will always be well received by the other person. You are responsible for what you say and how you send this out to others.
