Kindness to self – give a positive affirmation to yourself each morning, look into the mirror and say this to reinforce the care you have for yourself. Show kindness as well to other people because life is short and can be over too soon, telling someone how you feel about them in an authentic and genuine manner is important. Try to do this each day to those you hold dear to you.
