Minute with Dr Linet – Embodiment

Embodiment (of self) – As a feeling, how do you embody this and project it out to the wider population? Being genuine and demonstrating at a deep personal level, rather than a surface level. Being able to express your feelings and emotions where it will help and touch others, for example, ‘she was so happy she infected others with her smile’. On a positive level this can be wonderful, but embodying negative emotions will also affect those around you.

Be aware and ensure you understand how and what you are feeling and thinking before you step out to face the world as you will be affecting those around you by the projection and embodiment of your energy.
