Bravery – is a personal quality that you have, if you feel that you’re not brave, you actually are. When you think about it, you have to be brave to get up in the morning, leave the house, go to work, school or do your daily activities. The majority of people feel the same when we walk down the street and feel that we are being judged. The bravery that you have when you speak with another person means you can reassure that person that they are also brave, this will then give them the confidence to move forward with their life and make positive changes for themselves.
